As soon as your order is complete your item/s will ship out to you or be ready for collection depending on your method chosen at checkout.

• If ordering a case (6 units) we will order this directly with our Distributor unless we have listed the item only has commons available.
• We can't guarantee we will have any Chases on hand of In-Stock products.
• If you order a product with us & we receive a Chase from our distributor that is what we will send you unless you otherwise tell us not to in the cart notes before placing your order.
