The Ghoul is as pragmatic as he is ruthless, which is reflected in his menacing appearance. Once an average Joe, he became the nightmarish Bounty Hunter he is now by being exposed to radiation from the nuclear fallout.
Standing at 8 inches tall with a 5 inch wide base, The Ghoul is ready to look for his next payday, but there might be more to him than meets the eye.
